The Hollywood makeup artist was staabbed multiple times at her Sunland home, and an actor has been accused of committing the crime
An individual has been charged with attempted murder for purportedly st@bbing a Hollywood makeup artist, who is his former girlfriend, multiple times at her residence in Sunland. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office stated that the accused, Nick Pasqual, 34, fled the scene and was apprehended at a U.S.-Mexico border checkpoint in Texas.
Prosecutors revealed that the victim, identified as Allie Shehorn, had recently obtained a restraining order against Pasqual. Allegedly, Pasqual forcibly entered her home at approximately 4:30 a.m. last Thursday and proceeded to repeatedly st@b her. Shehorn sustained critical injuries and was subsequently hospitalized. An arrest warrant was issued the day after the incident.
Pasqual is facing charges for multiple serious offenses, including attempted murder, first-degree residential burglary with a person present, and causing harm to a spouse, cohabitant, fiancé, boyfriend, girlfriend, or child's parent. The District Attorney's office has confirmed these charges.
Furthermore, the suspect is accused of causing severe bodily harm to the victim in a domestic violence situation. It is also alleged that the suspect personally used a knife during the commission of the crime.
If Pasqual is found guilty of these charges, he could potentially receive a life sentence in a state prison.
In addition to his legal troubles, Pasqual has been credited with appearances on the TV show "How I Met Your Mother" and the upcoming 2023 film "Rebel Moon," as stated on his IMDB page.
District Attorney George Gascón expressed his condolences and sympathy for the victim in this horrific incident. He also emphasized the importance of recognizing the dangers of domestic violence and ensuring that the responsible individual is held accountable for their actions.
