INSPIRATIONAL: See 5 things God Almighty never said but Christians keep Repeating

The misconception of God can be very costly. The only Son of God Jesus Christ during his time on earth warned his followers of these state of misconception of the very word of God.

People believe things that God never said. The following are things God never said but Christians (believers) keep on repeating them very often, here are five (5) things God

never said.... Thus,

1. Cleanliness is next to Godliness: It's very disappointing that even clergymen often times make use of this phrase whereas, it's not found in the book of the Bible. God never said that but Christians keep repeating it just to promote cleanliness amidst Christian folks

2. God (Heaven) help those who help themselves: God never said that He helps those who help themselves. People use this saying as a yardstick thinking they can work their way to heaven. Some claim, you need to settle with any thing that gives you success irrespective of how you achieve the success.

3. If you don't know the date your were saved (born again) then you are not saved: God Almighty never said this. Unfortunately, many preachers and Evangelist have been the worst at propagating this misconception. The fact still remains, just because you don't know when in particular you got saved doesn't mean you're not saved or born. But it's very important if you know.

4. When you missed an opportunity to share Christ with someone, it's your fault if he goes to hell fire: This is another misconception by Christians today. God never said that even though many believers does not like to evangelize, yet God never said that if you missed an opportunity to share the gospel with a sinner, it's your fault if he or she goes to hell fire.

5. If you are not willing to confess Christ publicly, you cannot be saved or born again: This is another misconception which comes in different colours. If this is true, then Nicodemus wouldn't have been saved since he came to Jesus Christ by night. God never said that.

Other misconception or teaching are as follows....

1. If you come to me, I want either all of your Life or none of it, God never said that

2. If you want to be saved (born again), just invite Jesus Christ into your heart. Well-meaning people often use this phrase "invite Jesus into your heart" they often recite Revelation 3:20(KJV) Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. This verse is for Christians and not non-Christian. God never say so.
